RAISING THE BAR
We’re an operation led by chef-owners following a modern “bistronomy” (an expression derived from the words “bistro” and “gastronomy”) approach to Indian, where there’s a greater emphasis on quality of preparation, cooking technique and presentation using simpler, easily available ingredients. We are committed to sourcing from local/midwest producers and update our menu in tune with the seasons.
We’re a tight knit team where every role matters significantly to the customer experience we’re striving to deliver. We remain in a learning mode - constantly open to new possibilities for daily improvement in every little aspect of everything we do. We invite you to join us on this journey, if you're committed to excellence, enjoy the hospitality profession, have a rock solid work ethic, and tend to smile easily ;) It just might lead to a ‘place’ you’ve never been before!
No previous exposure to South Asian cuisine required, but you must come with a passion for cooking and interest in refining your palate and appreciation for a broad range of spices, flavors and cooking techniques. This is a stepping stone to a Sous Chef role with us, if you're open to riding a steep learning curve, are naturally inclined to lead, and want to make your mark in a small but high visibility establishment that is constantly striving to raise the quality bar.
Please email your resume to us at email@example.com with an introductory note sharing why it interests you to join our team.
We're looking to expand our FOH team with passionate hospitality-oriented professionals with an 'infectiously' positive attitude, uncompromising professional integrity and solid work ethic. You must be willing to work in a Bartender/Server/Server Assistant/Expo role, depending on our scheduling imperatives. You'll be a happy 'camper' at Mango Pickle if you're attentive to the little details that make an exceptional service experience for our customers, can grasp the nuances of our food and bar program easily, and above all wear a smile effortlessly no matter what a busy service is demanding of you and others in the team. Please send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief covering note that also indicates your availability.
