Reheating Instructions

Saucy/soupy legumes and grain dishes There are 3 ways to reheat them:

Option 1 - you can make a bain marie by placing 1 stainless steel tier inside a larger saucepan. Add some water to the saucepan but so much that it overflows into the tier. Cover the saucepan with a lid. Set your stove to a medium heat. Allow for a simmer and steam to form and reheat for 7 minutes. Add water if necessary. Do not allow for water in the saucepan to evaporate.

Option 2 - transfer contents into a saucepan. Add ¼-½ cup of water to a simmer and reheat until the added water evaporates. Stir every couple of minutes.

Option 3 - combine the grains and the legumes in a saucepan. Reheat on low to medium heat. Stir every couple of minutes. Add a bit of water so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the saucepan.
